Onc of the simple and amazing sights I saw at the beginning of a year’s trip around the world.
This triptych was originally inspired by a breathtaking sunset at Polihale Beach, a remote spot of the farthest west coast of Kauai island, in the Hawaiian islands, our first stop on our global travel itenerary. My husband and I spent several weeks camping here (blissing out on the beach) and were mesmerized by these painterly sunsets, which always seemed to go down too fast… When you’re living outside in nature, the sunset is like the biggest “show” of the day.
